Weekly and Monthly Weight Loss Meal Plan

In the event that the weight loss is not achieved using our Weight Loss Meal Plan* for 4 (four) consecutive weeks, Customer might be eligible for a full money-back guarantee. The return policy is only applicable if every and all of the following conditions are met by the Customer:

  1. No weight loss has been achieved by the Customer: on the 29th day of using Weight Loss Meal Plan Customer’s weight remained the same as on the 1st day of using Weight Loss Meal Plan, or increased;
  2. During given period of time (28 days) Customer has not consumed any meals other than provided by Nutrition Balance within Weight Loss Meal Plan (with exception of 1 (one) additional snack per day not exceeding 200 calories per snack);
  3. Weekly 15-minute consultation with a nutritionist for 4 (four) consecutive weeks has been completed by the Customer. Service is provided free of charge;
  4. Weekly body measurements video report for 4 (four) consecutive weeks has been completed by the Customer - measurements of weight, chest, waist and hips are to be taken and recorded. Customer’s face should be clearly visible on the video (may be taken in front of the mirror). No excessive clothing that may affect measurements is allowed. Video must be shot on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th day of using the Weight Loss Meal Plan, and presented to the Nutrition Balance representative upon demand. 

3 + 1 Offer

In the event that the weight loss is not achieved using our 3 + 1 offer (Weight Loss Meal Plan* for 3 weeks + 1 week free of charge) for 2 (two) consecutive weeks, Customer might be eligible for a full money-back guarantee. The return policy is only applicable if every and all of the following conditions are met by the Customer:

  1. No weight loss has been achieved by the Customer: on the 15th day of using Weight Loss Meal Plan Customer’s weight remained the same as on the 1st day of using Weight Loss Meal Plan, or increased;
  2. During given period of time (14 days) Customer has not consumed any meals other than provided by Nutrition Balance within Weight Loss Meal Plan (with exception of 1 (one) additional snack per day not exceeding 200 calories per snack);
  3. Weekly 15-minute consultation with a nutritionist for 2 (two) consecutive weeks has been completed by the Customer. Service is provided free of charge;
  4. Weekly body measurements video report for 2 (two) consecutive weeks has been completed by the Customer - measurements of weight, chest, waist and hips are to be taken and recorded. Customer’s face should be clearly visible on the video (may be taken in front of the mirror). No excessive clothing that may affect measurements is allowed. Video must be shot on the 1st, 8th and 15th day of using the Weight Loss Meal Plan and presented to the Nutrition Balance representative upon demand.
  5. Money-back guarantee is ought to be claimed before the 4th week of Weight Loss Meal Plan is delivered. Upon receiving the 4th week delivery, Customer’s right to claim Money-back guarantee is considered abandoned.

*Weight Loss Meal Plan includes 28 ready-to-eat meals per week: 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, and 7 snacks. Any purchases, other than Weight Loss Meal Plan (Weight Maintenance Meal Plans, Individual meals, etc) are not qualified for Money-back guarantee.
