depending on your location, our shipping days vary: within the GTA (Toronto and surrounding areas), we deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and outside the GTA and all other Canadian provinces, we deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. you will be able to pick your delivery date at checkout.

all our meal plans are subscription products. you will be renewed and charged weekly, and you can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription from your account.
