Premium Weekly Meal Plan: Each week, you'll receive 28 ready-to-eat meals, comprising four meals for each day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack.

Following this plan can lead to a loss of up to 4 lbs per week. To achieve a weight loss goal of 10 lbs, we advise adhering to this plan for at least three weeks.

SELECT PREMIUM PLAN

Complete Weekly Meal Plan: Each week, you'll receive 21 ready-to-eat meals, comprising three meals for each day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We recommend adding at least one healthy snack to your daily menu. 

If you manage to control your snack size according to your nutritionist's recommendation, you can also expect to lose of up to 4 lbs per week. To achieve a weight loss goal of 10 lbs, we advise adhering to this plan for at least three weeks.

SELECT COMPLETE PLAN

Partial Weekly Meal Plan: Each week, you'll receive 15 ready-to-eat meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner to cover any five days within one week. You can also opt for an additional snack for each day at checkout.

This plan offers the flexibility to incorporate your own meal choices on the remaining days. It's important to monitor your portion sizes for optimal outcomes. Typically, customers on this plan experience a weight loss of 2-4 lbs per week. To reach a weight loss target of 10 lbs, we suggest following this plan for a period of three to six weeks.
