How to select your meals
Congratulations on making your first purchase with us! Now, you might be wondering about the next steps. No worries, we're here to guide you through the process.
As you are on a weekly meal plan subscription, you have the flexibility to choose your own meals from our changing menu every week! Here's what you need to do:
Login to your account (click this link). Fill in your login (email) and password (the one that you've created or that has been provided by our representative), then click the 'Submit' button.
Alternatively, if you are already logged in, your can click here to get to the meal selection page directly.
Click the 'Subscription Meal Selection' button
If using mobile device, first tap the Main Menu button (with three horizontal lines).
Then tap 'Subscription Meal Selection' from the dropdown menu.
On the meal selection page you will see step-by-step instructions and two buttons: 'Manually select meals' and 'Randomly select meals'. The first option allows you to pick your preferred meals. The second option will automatically pick meals for you from our current menu.
When clicking the 'Manually select meals' button, you will see a popup window with our current menu. Depending on the meal categories included in your meal plan, you will need to pick one meal per category for each included day. Meals are being added by clicking the 'Select' button.
For example, if your meal plan includes four meals per day, you will first select breakfast, then lunch, dinner, and snack for your first day. After that, you will repeat those steps for your second day, and so on until you select all the included meals for each day.
When all included meals are selected, the system will show you this message.
Please make sure to click the 'Submit your meal selection' button. Otherwise your selection would not be saved.
On the next step you will be able to review your meal selection and proceed to checkout.
Please make sure that the information (delivery date, shipping address and your cell phone number) is correct, then click the 'Checkout' button.
On the final step you will see an invoice with your meal selection order number. Getting to this step means that you successfully submitted your meal selection. You will be notified when your meals are ready to ship and upon delivery. Enjoy!
After submitting your meal choices, please make sure to check your email for a confirmation message. This email will serve as a notification that we have received your meal selection order successfully. If you haven't received a confirmation email, it's possible that your order was not submitted properly. In such a case, we recommend trying again to ensure your selections are registered correctly. Please keep in mind the following cut-off times based on your shipping schedule:
If your shipping is scheduled on Fridays, please submit your meal selections by Monday 11:59 PM.
If your shipping is scheduled on Tuesdays, please submit your meal selections by Friday 11:59 PM.
In case you forget to submit your meal choices within the specified time, don't worry. Our system will automatically select delicious and balanced meals for you to ensure timely production and shipping.
