How to select your meals
Dear customer! At Nutrition Balance, we aim to make your weight loss journey with us as smooth as possible. That’s why we are constantly improving our service. We developed a new ordering system that is easier to navigate than the previous one. Below, you will find steps on how to select your meals with the new system. And of course, if you have any questions or need assistance, you can always give us a call.
Key improvements
- No more passwords! Now you don't have to memorize your login info. Just enter your email and you’ll instantly get an access code via email and SMS.
- You will be charged for your next delivery AFTER you make your meal selections (previously, you’ve been charged before you could pick your meals). Your meal selection order will be created on your pre-set processing day (Saturday for Tuesday delivery and Tuesday for Friday delivery), and your payment method will be charged then.
- You will now be able to swap meal plans. For example, if you were initially subscribed for a 7-day meal plan, but you know that next week you have plans for the weekend, and you won’t need food for all 7 days, you can switch to a 5-day meal plan. Those changes can be done from your account and should be submitted before your cut-off time (midnight ET on Saturday for Tuesday delivery and midnight ET on Tuesday for Friday delivery).
- You will now be able to pick your meals by categories, not by days, as it was before. This will speed up the process dramatically.
- You will be able to adjust your upcoming order as many times as you wish before your cut-off time.
How to select your meals. Step-by-step instructions.
Start by clicking the ‘Account sign in’ button and entering your email. With the new ordering system, there’s no password required. Every time you log in, you will receive an email and a text message with a one-time 4-digit code.
Enter the code from either an email or a text message. You will be logged into your account.
Once logged in, you will see your upcoming order processing date (#1). PLEASE NOTE that this is not your delivery day. This is the day when your order is created to be delivered three days later. If your order is being processed on Saturday, you will get your delivery on Tuesday. If your processing day is set to Tuesday, your meals will be delivered on Friday.
You will be able to select your meals three (3) days before your order processing day. For Saturday processing, your menu will become available on Wednesday. And for Tuesday’s processing - on Saturday. If your menu is available, you will see a popup with the button ‘Select your meals.’ In case your menu is not yet ready, there will be a note: ‘The following week's menu will become available three days before your order processing date.’
Upon clicking the ‘Select your meals’ button, you will see the menu for your next delivery. The number of meals to select from each category will be indicated at the top right of each section. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the number of meals.
Once the quantity for each category is reached, this section will collapse, and you’ll be able to proceed to the next category.
When all meals are selected, press the ’Save’ button to submit your selection. PLEASE NOTE that, at this point, your order has not yet been created. You will be able to make changes until your cut-off time (orders are being processed immediately after midnight ET on either Tuesday or Saturday, depending on your schedule). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please be aware that not making your selections doesn’t mean your order won’t be created. If you forget or decide not to pick meals yourself, auto-selection will apply, and your payment method will be charged as scheduled. If you want to skip a delivery, please use the ’Skip’ button. You can skip orders before your cut-off time (midnight ET on either Tuesday or Saturday, depending on your schedule).
