Every week you receive 28 ready-to-eat meals in vacuum-sealed packaging. This corresponds to 4 meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack.

Monthly payment
You can also choose monthly meal plan with one-time payment. This is the most valuable option - you will save up to $250 each month (compared to 'Start now - pay later' program).
Weekly subscription
Instead of paying for a whole month ahead you can subscribe and pay weekly. All recurring payments will proceed automatically every 7 days. You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription anytime. Every week your card will be charged for $229.99.
